Volvo Car Financial Services Great Lakes Market Manager is a remote-based leadership role serving retailers across Ohio, Michigan, Indiana and Western Pennsylvania. You will travel 3–4 days per week to meet in-market needs and drive market penetration while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and operational results.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and vendor relationship management to optimize profitability and growth within the VCFS portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• Broad knowledge of F&I and Retail Sales experience, usually through education plus 3–5 years automotive retail experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.

Aufgaben

• Achieve Market Targets for new retail, new lease, CPO and pre-owned penetration across the Great Lakes market.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to retailers and manage retailer relationships.
• Plan and participate in monthly/annual sales, incentives, and financial planning sessions.
• Coordinate with regional and market managers to align messaging and retailer communications.
• Monitor CX initiatives to drive customer satisfaction and improve JD Power scores.
• Lead market program rollouts, POS materials, and digital solutions for retailers.
• Develop and manage vendor relationships to improve efficiency and profitability.
