Volvo Car Financial Services (VCFS) is seeking a Finance Market Manager for the Great Lakes market. This homebased role requires you to reside in the Columbus, Ohio area and travel 3–4 days per week to engage Volvo retailers across Ohio, Michigan, Indiana and Western Pennsylvania.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3–5 years of Automotive retail experience with strong F&I knowledge.
• Proven track record in sales leadership, coaching, and retailer partnerships.

• Achieve market targets for new retail, new lease, CPO and pre-owned penetrations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to retailers within the Great Lakes market.
• Participate in planning sessions on sales, incentives, and financials.
• Coordinate retailer meetings and communicate key messages to retailers.
