Job summary

Orion seeks a Senior ERP Product Owner and Customer Support to own the operations and finance product roadmap for COINS and related systems in a remote role with travel. You will drive governance, configuration, and continuous improvement across core financial processes.

The role focuses on general ledger, AP/AR, construction accounting, cash management, and financial close, balancing enterprise standards with operating company needs while avoiding excessive customization.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience supporting finance or operational processes in an ERP environment.
• Construction or project-based accounting experience (job costing, WIP, cost-to-complete forecasting).
• Experience leading or supporting an eight-day financial close (subledger reconciliation, WIP prep, journal entries).
• Ability to design/ administer ERP roles, access controls, and SOX readiness processes.
• Strong written communication, training, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the operations and finance product roadmap, backlog, and functional outcomes for COINS and connected systems.
• Manage procurement, inventory, AP/AR, billing, project accounting, and financial close activities.
• Ensure access governance, SD and role design, and internal controls across the ERP landscape.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions and verified resolutions.
• Develop training materials, user guidance, and knowledge articles to drive adoption.
