Job summary

Emerging Growth Staffing is seeking an experienced Implementation Lead to drive customer deployments from discovery to go-live in fintech accounting software. You will collaborate with Controllers, CFOs, Product, and Engineering to translate requirements into clean ERP configurations.

This fully remote role prefers candidates near New York City or San Francisco and offers frontline exposure to product roadmap, integration strategy, and scale at a hyper-growth startup.

Qualifications

• Accounting or advisory foundation, ideally with a Big Four firm.
• Current implementation leadership within a fintech or accounting-technology product company.
• Strong knowledge of close, GL, reconciliations, controls, and audit readiness.
• Experience with at least two relevant ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple customer implementations simultaneously.
• Gather requirements and map GL, close, subledger, ERP, and control workflows.
• Define scope, data requirements, configuration, and delivery expectations.
• Manage ERP, GL, and spreadsheet data migrations.
• Lead testing, reconciliations, validation, and go-live.
• Manage timelines, risks, deliverables, and customer communication.
• Resolve accounting and technical issues with Product and Engineering.
• Drive adoption and transition customers to ongoing support.
