Job summary

PakEnergy, LLC seeks an Implementation Consultant to collaborate with our Professional Services team to deliver successful ERP/accounting software implementations for new customers. You will gather requirements, configure systems, map and migrate data, and provide training and ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle.

Remote role with travel for on-site visits and training as needed. A Bachelor's in accounting or related field and 5+ years of implementation experience are required, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years in software implementation, accounting systems, or professional services.
• Equivalent combination of experience and education acceptable.
• Proficiency with oil & gas accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Client onboarding & requirements gathering.
• Collaborate with new customers to understand business processes and accounting needs.
• Document requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Configure PakEnergy's accounting software to meet client specifications.
• Assist with data mapping, validation, and migration from legacy systems.
• Deliver training sessions for client teams on system functionality and best practices.
• Provide ongoing support during implementation and act as a liaison for issue resolution.
• Project coordination; work closely with Project Managers to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
• Communicate progress and risks to internal stakeholders and clients.
