Qualifications

• Strong FP&A skills: cash forecasts, rolling forecasts, budgets, variance analysis, management reports.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks; NetSuite and Sage experience is a plus.
• Writes and speaks English well for client calls and Zoom meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily bookkeeping, reconciliations, payables, receivables, payroll coordination, and month-end close.
• Set clear workflows, review steps, and controls.
• Connect revenue, cost, and operational data to produce KPI dashboards and forecasts.
• Deliver 13- to 26-week cash forecasts for each client weekly using automated data where possible.
