This hands-on role blends finance expertise with technology, leading systems transformation across Finance and Accounting while partnering with engineering to build AI-powered tools that streamline day-to-day workflows.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of combined experience across accounting/finance operations and systems, including ownership of implementations or transformation projects.
• Hands-on experience building or deploying AI tools, agents, or workflow automation.
• Strong knowledge of accounting processes and the ability to identify practical automation opportunities.
• Experience partnering with engineers on integrations and internal tools.
• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
