Job summary

RemX by Employbridge is seeking a Client Sales Executive for its Finance & Accounting division. You will build relationships with Controllers, VPs of Finance, Directors, and CFOs, and lead discussions to solve critical audits and staffing gaps.

This remote role targets strategic clients and requires in-depth domain knowledge in accounting and finance staffing. As part of a growth-focused practice, you will partner with a delivery team to fulfill engagements, nurture client relationships, and

Qualifications

• Experience selling staffing, search, or consulting services in Accounting & Finance.
• Resilience and persistence; ability to open doors and win new business.
• Comfort selling at finance leadership level to discuss Controllers' roles and needs.
• Disciplined about pricing, margins, and what work is taken.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client-facing business development to capture new logos and expand within accounts.
• Identify and pursue opportunities related to ERP, audit prep, month-end, and M&A integration.
• Partner with delivery team to ensure successful placement and client satisfaction.
• Manage the end-to-end intake to fulfillment process with hiring managers and candidates.
• Leverage cross-practice referrals across Employbridge brands to grow accounts.
