RemX, the professional staffing division of Employbridge, seeks a Client Sales Executive (Remote) in engineering staffing. The role focuses on hunting new business and growing strategic accounts within engineering industries, with a track record of $1M+ annual revenue.

Ideal candidates understand professional/technical staffing, can sell Contract, Contract-to-Hire, Direct Hire, and Managed Engineering Solutions, and will develop relationships across Engineering, Operations, TA, Procurement and

Qualifications

• 2+ years in staffing/workforce solutions, especially engineering or technical staffing.
• 2+ years in business development or account management with new business responsibility.
• Proven success selling Contract, Contract-to-Hire, Direct Placement, SOW or Managed Engineering Solutions.
• Ability to open new accounts, not just manage an inherited base.
• Experience growing staffing accounts generating $1M+ annual revenue.
• Sales experience in mid-market/enterprise with contingent labor needs.
• Industry experience in Aerospace/Defense, Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, Data Centers, Semiconductors, Medical Devices/Life Sciences, or Rail/Transportation.
