Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Finance & Accounting AI Trainer for an innovative organization that partners with experienced professionals to evaluate, challenge, and improve artificial intelligence systems.

This is a fully remote opportunity posted out of Washington State, offering a flexible schedule and the chance to apply your existing finance or accounting expertise to the rapidly evolving field of AI.

Qualifications

• Substantive hands-on experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong written communication to explain complex reasoning.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Proficient with web-based platforms, spreadsheets, and remote tools.
• Willing to commit 30–40 hours per week for 12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated finance or accounting responses for accuracy.
• Develop realistic, expert-level tasks and scenarios.
• Explain errors with clear reasoning and methodology.
• Produce source-grounded written work to improve AI model performance.
• Manage assignments remotely while following project instructions.
• Apply FP&A, accounting, GAAP/IFRS, and related knowledge.
