Job summary

Scion Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Finance & Accounting AI Trainer for a fully remote 12-week project based in the United States. You will review AI-generated finance and accounting work, develop realistic scenarios, and explain reasoning to improve AI model accuracy.

Expect 30–40 hours per week, with an initial onboarding and paid Starter Assessment. This contractor role emphasizes expertise in FP&A, GAAP/IFRS, and related disciplines, offering competitive pay and flexible scheduling in a remote

Qualifications

• Substantive, hands-on professional experience within finance or accounting.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain complex reasoning.
• Excellent attention to detail and comfort with detailed instructions.
• Strong technology skills, including comfort with web-based platforms, spreadsheets, file management and remote collaboration tools.
• Ability to independently commit 30 to 40 hours per week for 12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated finance or accounting responses for accuracy, quality, logic, and completeness.
• Develop realistic, expert-level tasks and scenarios based on your professional experience.
• Identify technical errors and clearly explain the appropriate reasoning, methodology, or treatment.
• Produce thoughtful, source-grounded written work to improve AI model performance.
• Follow detailed project instructions while independently managing remote assignments.
• Apply hands-on expertise across FP&A, markets, banking, credit, risk, valuation, accounting, financial reporting, audit, tax, GAAP/IFRS, controls or related disciplines.
