Qualifications

• Hands-on administration of Filevine or comparable legal tech platforms.
• Deep understanding of legal workflows and compliance.
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on system configurations and bespoke workflows to align with the firm’s structure.
• Resolve technical issues and deliver comprehensive staff training and self-service resources.
• Lead feature rollouts and drive process improvements to maximize ROI of the platform.
• Maintain expertise on Filevine product roadmap and updates to stay ahead of capabilities.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding workflows to maintain data integrity and productivity.
• Audit and realign workflows to improve operational efficiency.
