Assetlink invites experienced chefs to join our FIFO/BIBO team serving mining villages across remote sites. You will deliver meals in a high-volume kitchen, uphold HACCP standards, and support village operations with a positive, collaborative spirit.

This role requires a Trade/Cookery certification, clearance, and the ability to work across shifts. We offer meals, accommodation, flights, and opportunities for career development within a growing division.

Formación

• High-volume catering or commercial kitchen operations experience.
• Experience preparing crib meals, desserts, and bulk catering services.
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and safe work practices.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Proactive and positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and deliver high-quality meals across breakfast, crib, dinner, and dessert service.
• Maintain high standards of food presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene.
• Support kitchen operations in a high-volume remote environment.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety standards, and site procedures.
• Assist with stock control, food storage, rotation, and minimising waste.
• Collaborate with kitchen and village teams to meet operational requirements.
• Contribute to a safe and positive workplace culture.
• Keep a clean and organized work environment at all times.
• Maintain flexibility to work across all shifts as required.
