Job summary

GiveDirectly is seeking a Field Enablement Specialist to transform new survey designs and program changes into practical, field-ready training resources across English, Portuguese, and French contexts.

You will translate complex designs into clear live trainings, release notes, and internal communications while supporting a small product team through rollout cycles across Africa operations.

Qualifications

• Language: professional written fluency in English; proficiency in Portuguese or French.
• Experience as Field Officer or frontline data-collection/enrollment role.
• Excellent written English: clear, concise, organized.

Responsibilities

• Build the training materials that make new designs usable in the field.
• Write internal communications pitched to the level of the reader.
• Deliver training live, and record it when live doesn't scale.
• Own release notes and change documentation.
• Work across English, Portuguese and French.
• Be a useful pair of hands to a small, fast-moving product team.
• Close the loop from the field back to design.
