• Turn new survey designs, program changes, and Salesforce releases into practical training materials, job aids, and release notes for field staff.
• Deliver live training sessions and record screen-capture demo videos so teams can refresh without waiting for a session.
• Write internal communications pitched to each audience from Country Director to Field Officer, deciding what each group does not need to know.
