Job summary

DN is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to help build DN’s Learning & Enablement within Talent Management & HR Technology. You will design field-forward learning experiences to strengthen role readiness and adoption of talent programs for both field and office audiences.

You’ll develop full learning programs, curricula, eLearning content, facilitator materials, job aids, guides, and other enablement resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in learning and development, instructional design, organizational development, human resources, communications, business, or related field.
• 3+ years designing and developing learning programs, curricula, instructional content, eLearning, enablement resources, or talent development solutions.
• Experience designing blended learning solutions including eLearning, ILT, virtual learning, job aids, guides, and videos.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and accessibility.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders to assess needs and implement learning programs.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design field-forward learning programs, curricula, courses, and learner experiences for onboarding and development.
• Translate priorities and competency frameworks into learning roadmaps and journeys.
• Develop eLearning modules, instructor-led and virtual training materials, facilitator guides, and job aids.
• Partner with Operations and HR to identify needs and ensure solutions work in field and office environments.
• Equip HRBPs and program owners with tools and talking points to drive adoption.
• Apply adult learning principles and blended learning strategies to measurable solutions.
• Support learning pathways with standardized materials for current and future roles.
• Maintain DN learning content across platforms, ensuring accuracy and governance alignment.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness using feedback and performance data; recommend improvements.
• Stay current on learning tech and innovative approaches to improve learner experience.
