Job summary

Dp Derm is seeking a results driven Territory Account Executive to own and grow a defined sales territory through new business development and long term account expansion. This is a remote, field based role requiring regular travel within the assigned region to engage medspas, dermatology clinics, and aesthetic practices.

You will be responsible for prospecting, closing new device sales, and growing accounts post sale through consumables, skincare, and additional product lines.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3+ years of B2B field sales experience, preferably in medical devices or aesthetics.
• Strong prospecting, outbound calling, and cold drop-ins in field settings.
• Ability to build long-term client partnerships and upsell.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must reside within assigned territory and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Generate your own leads daily through outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
• Close new device sales and expand accounts with consumables and skincare.
• Own the territory, meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
• Conduct in-person demos and clinical conversations with providers.
• Maintain CRM activity and pipeline in HubSpot.
• Represent the brand professionally at events and industry network opportunities.
