Legrand AV, Inc. is seeking a Field Technical Support Engineer II to join the Power & Thermal Management Division, supporting Raritan and ZPE Systems.

This is a remote position with travel to customer sites up to 40% and responsibility for post-sales support, issue resolution, and customer success. The role requires strong technical knowledge in data center products, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to become a trusted advisor for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• Engineering, Network Technology, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing environment, such as enterprise customer support and technical consulting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze engineering issues and develop deployment methods for customers.
• Develop custom scripts to expedite deployment (shell script, Python, API, Ansible, etc).
• Provide on-site firmware/software upgrades and bug fixes to meet customer needs.
• Travel up to 30-40% and act as primary escalation point for enterprise accounts.
• Coordinate cross-functional deployment project teams and manage customer relationships.
