Job summary

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in HVAC with data center exposure and 3+ years in leadership, plus strong problem solving, communication, and organizational skills. Some travel to client sites will be required.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in HVAC with data center focus.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing technicians.
• Solid knowledge of data center infrastructure and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor HVAC field service technicians.
• Develop service protocols for data center HVAC operations.
• Coordinate with project managers for preventive maintenance and rapid response.
