Munters is seeking a Field Controls Technician to provide hands-on technical support for advanced HVAC and cooling systems at customer sites, with travel required. This role supports field service teams and engineering in troubleshooting controls, HMIs, and system interfaces.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and controls systems at customer sites.
• Knowledge of HVAC components (compressors, valves, fans, heat exchangers).
• Travel to customer sites as required and work independently.
• Experience with ERP/MRP and 3D CAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer jobsites to troubleshoot HVAC and controls issues.
• Provide technical support to Field Service Technicians remotely and onsite.
• Troubleshoot controls programs, HMIs, and interfaces.
• Support product development and testing at Munters facilities.
• Assist with prototype builds and feedback to Engineering.
• Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement projects.
• Support cost reduction and product improvement initiatives.
• Work with Engineering, R&D, Service, and Operations cross-functionally.
