Job summary

Revvity, Inc. is seeking a Field Support Engineer (Remote) to provide professional field service, maintenance, and technical support for EUROIMMUN instrumentation and products across US customers.

The role involves responding to calls, scheduling visits, and ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. The candidate should have strong technical and communication skills, be a self-starter, and able to manage time with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical degree in a relevant field or equivalent military training with instrumentation and computers.
• Two or more years of field service experience.
• Experience with diagnostic instrumentation products (CLIA/EIA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions at customer sites.
• Verify instrument performance prior to release to end users.
• Install, relocate, and decommission instrumentation at customer sites.
• Provide scheduled maintenance, upgrades and warranty services in a timely manner.
• Maintain professional communications with customers and colleagues.
• Document all activities per company policies and FDA requirements.
• Assist with training and travel when required.
