Job summary

EUROIMMUN, a division of Revvity, seeks a multifaceted Field Support Engineer (FSE) to provide field service, maintenance, and technical support on EUROIMMUN instrumentation in the US and integrated companies. The role requires traveling to customer sites, exhibitions, and other locations as needed.

Accustomed to fast-paced settings, you will diagnose equipment issues, perform preventative maintenance, and document activities in compliance with policies and FDA requirements.

Qualifications

• Excellent technical and communication skills are essential to interact with customers and personnel.
• Self-starter with ability to independently manage time and schedules; basic business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime.
• Verify instrument performance before releasing to end users.
• Install, relocate, and decommission instrumentation at customer sites.
• Provide preventative, remedial maintenance, upgrades, and warranty services on installed systems.
• Document activities per company policies and FDA requirements.
• Attend training and professional development opportunities as needed.
• Make travel arrangements per Travel Policy.
• Maintain knowledge of instrumentation, products, and issues.
