EUROIMMUN, a division of Revvity, seeks a Field Support Engineer to provide field service, maintenance and technical support for EUROIMMUN instrumentation and products across US regions. The role includes travel to customer sites and industry events, with emphasis on timely service, accurate documentation, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent technical and communication skills are essential to interact with customers and company personnel.
• Self-starter able to independently manage time and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Verify instrument performance before release to end user.
• Install, relocate, and decommission instrumentation at customer sites.
• Provide scheduled and remedial maintenance, upgrades, and warranty services per contracts.
• Maintain professional communications with customers and colleagues.
• Document all activities per company policies and FDA requirements.
• Maintain loaner equipment and spare parts inventory.
• Provide training and technical support to customers as needed.
• Attend professional trade exhibitions as requested.
• Make travel arrangements per Travel Policy.
• Maintain knowledge of instrumentation, products, techniques, and issues through training.
