Job summary

Verra Mobility is seeking a Field Services Supervisor to lead a team of 8–15 mobile operators, overseeing deployment of Automated Photo Enforcement systems to active work zones and ensuring SLA targets. • Minimum 4 years of experience in operations or field services with increasing responsibility.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a focus on SLA attainment.
• Preferred degree in a related field; fingerprint background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of a team of 8-15 mobile operators, including hiring and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with Field Service, Client Service, and Account Managers for improvements.
• Create weekly schedules to optimize efficiency and control costs.
• Perform routine field audits and maintain depot/vehicle inventories.
• Diagnose equipment and repair as needed to ensure system availability.
• Ensure deployments meet state standards and SLAs, triage issues promptly.
