Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Technician - MWS Service to support their distributed services. The role requires travel within the Roswell/Hobbs NM area, with 25% overnight travel and 75% daily travel within the territory.

You will perform preventative maintenance, remote and on-site service, and system installations to optimize product performance. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, training customers, and ensuring FDA documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic electrical, plumbing, welding, and fabrication knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build trust with customers and maintain relationships with integrity.
• Provide preventative maintenance and on-site/remote service for Micro Weigh Systems.
