ZF CV Systems North America LLC seeks a Field Service Technician to deliver hands-on technical support and customer training within the Commercial Vehicle division. The role connects field service, engineering, training, and dealer networks to ensure high-quality service and effective knowledge transfer.

This remote position requires up to 50% travel, visits to dealerships and service partners, and close collaboration with OE field reps.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent; bachelor's preferred.
• 3–5 years of technical field service or product support experience.
• Experience delivering technical training and creating training materials.

Responsabilités

• Provide field technical support to internal teams, OEMs, dealers, and customers; address escalations.
• Deliver web-based and in-person technical training; develop training materials with the training team.
• Visit dealerships/service partners regionally to maintain relationships and promote support.
• Assist sales/marketing with product positioning using technical insights and customer education.
