Job summary

Rise Technical is seeking a hands-on Mechanical or Electrical Technician to travel across the US and internationally, representing a global manufacturer at customer sites and events. You will lead installations, troubleshoot systems, and build strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates have experience in field service, maintenance or installation, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work hands-on with mechanical and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Background in field service, maintenance or installation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to represent a global organisation.
• Willingness to travel 50% and bilingual English/Spanish is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out hands-on installations and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.
• Represent the company at customer sites, industry events and trade shows.
• Build client relationships and help develop the field service operation.
• Approximately 50% domestic travel, with occasional international trips.
