Job summary

Diebold Nixdorf, Incorporated is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, debug, and maintain hardware and software at customer premises. You will schedule services, report outcomes, and ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to DN’s procedures.

The role requires 1–2 years in field services, strong communication, and a valid driver's license, with occasional travel within the assigned territory. Training and certification opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

Education or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in Field Services.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Driver's license and driving record that satisfies DN's fleet requirements.

Responsibilities

Installs, debugs and provides technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, mainly on customer premises.
Provides scheduled inspection and preventive maintenance and performs minor repairs.
Inspects products for correct operation and resolves issues or escalates as needed.
Configures and installs applicable software and trains customers on usage and operation of installed hardware/software.
Participates in regular hardware and software trainings and works toward achieving KPIs.
