Job summary

Qualifications

• Education or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant Field Services experience.
• Experience in break/fix and technical repair.
• Driver's license with suitable driving record.
• PC literacy and knowledge of relevant tools.
• Able to attend training in Canton, OH for 1–2 weeks.
• Able to lift/move heavy loads and work on equipment.
• On-call shifts evenings and weekends.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to organize truck stock and tools.
• Pass MVR, background and drug test where required.
• Preferred: Firstline Service Technician experience; Vocational/Trade School; good written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Install, debug, and maintain hardware and software at customer sites.
• Schedule services and complete required paperwork.
• Provide customer training on installed systems.
• Inspect products and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain familiarity with Field Service practices and procedures.
• Participate in trainings to meet KPIs.
• Assist with special projects.
