Job summary

You will perform inspections, preventive maintenance, software configuration, training, and repairs, with a focus on customer satisfaction and KPI achievement. The role requires 1–2 years of field service experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Education or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Field Services.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Driver's license and driving record that satisfies DN's fleet requirements.

Responsibilities

• Installs, debugs and provides technical maintenance for hardware and software, mainly on customer premises.
• Inspects products for correct operation and resolves issues or escalates as needed.
• Schedules services and completes required paperwork while ensuring customer satisfaction with service delivery.
• Performs incident handling using diagnostic tools to troubleshoot hardware and software failures.
• Performs hardware repairs on a component level and adjusts mechanical components as needed.
• Configures and installs applicable software and provides customer training on usage and operation.
