Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance and routine checks.
• Repairs hardware at component level and adjusts mechanical parts.
• Configures and installs applicable software.
• Trains customers on usage and operation of installed systems.
• Escalates issues per procedures and contributes to KPI achievement.
• Participates in trainings and special projects.
