Job summary

Diebold Nixdorf, Incorporated is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, debug and provide technical maintenance for product hardware and software at customer sites within the assigned territory.

You will inspect systems, perform preventive maintenance, train customers, handle incidents, complete all required paperwork and work toward KPIs, with 1–2 years of field service experience and a valid driver's license; strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Education or equivalent work experience required.
• 1–2 years of relevant field services experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, debug and perform maintenance on hardware and software on customer premises.
• Inspect products for proper operation and resolve issues or escalate as needed.
• Schedule services and complete required paperwork; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform hardware repairs at component level and configure software.
• Provide customer training on usage and operation of installed systems.
• Participate in ongoing hardware and software trainings and KPI initiatives.
