Job summary

Atlas Copco North America LLC is expanding its field service team in McAllen, TX. This remote role involves servicing air compressors, dryers, and related equipment with diverse travel to customer sites. You report to the Service Manager and participate in on-call rotations to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will train at the Air Academy, demonstrate safe work practices, and collaborate with customers to propose appropriate repairs and upgrades.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of technical experience in mechanical, maintenance or electrical fields.
• Experience with industrial equipment including electrical, hydraulics or pneumatics preferred.
• HVAC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive service, troubleshoot and repair air compressors and related equipment.
• Set, install, and pipe compressor systems.
• Interact with customers and Service Manager to present repair options.
• Complete service reports, warranty forms and other documentation.
• Attend training at Air Academy and work with senior technicians.
• Maintain safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Participate in rotating 24/7 on-call with travel to customer sites.
