Job summary

Atlas Copco North America LLC is seeking a Service Technician to support customers within a 1-2 hour radius of San Antonio, TX. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air compressors and related equipment.

You will travel to customer sites, participate in on-call rotations, and complete all service documentation. A High School Diploma and EPA certification are required, with a valid driver's license and familiarity with computers to manage work orders.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of technical experience in mechanical, maintenance, or electrical field.
• Experience maintaining, overhaul, and repair of industrial equipment (electrical/hydraulics/pneumatics). HVAC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive service, troubleshoot and repair compressors, dryers, controls, and related equipment.
• Set, install, and pipe compressor systems.
• Attend training and work with senior technicians.
• Maintain safety procedures and proper use of PPE.
• Complete all service documentation and reports.
• Travel to customer locations, including occasional out-of-town trips.
