Job summary

Atlas Copco North America LLC is seeking a Service Technician for remote work with travel within the Dallas/Fort Worth area. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair air compressors and related equipment, install systems, and complete detailed service documentation.

You will train at our Air Academy and collaborate with a Service Manager to ensure safe, high-quality service and excellent customer experience. A valid driver’s license and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of technical experience in mechanical, maintenance or electrical field.
• Experience with maintenance, overhaul, and repair of industrial equipment (electrical, hydraulics and pneumatics) preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; EPA certification preferred.
• Must be fluent in English and have a valid driver's license.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive service, troubleshoot and repair air compressors, air dryers, drains, controllers, and low pressure blowers.
• Set, install, and pipe compressor systems.
• Attend training and train with senior technicians and Service Manager.
• Complete service-related documentation and start-up/warranty forms.
