Job summary

Diebold Nixdorf, Incorporated is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, debug and maintain product hardware and software primarily at customer sites in Milwaukee and Madison, WI. You will perform scheduled inspections, routine maintenance, and minor repairs while ensuring customer satisfaction and proper operation.

Role requires 1–2 years in Field Services, good communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Education or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in Field Services.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Driver's license and driving record that satisfies DN's fleet requirements.
• Willing to work out of Milwaukee and Madison, WI.

Responsibilities

• Installs, debugs and provides technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, mainly on customer premises.
• Provides scheduled inspection, cleaning and other services and performs minor product repairs within an assigned territory.
• Inspects products for correct operation and resolves noted issues and escalates according to procedure.
• Schedules services, completes paperwork and coordinates with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery.
• Gains familiarity with Field Service Technician practices and procedures.
• Participates in regular hardware and software trainings and KPI initiatives.
