Job summary

Diebold Nixdorf is seeking a field service technician to install, debug, and maintain hardware and software at customer sites. You will perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs within a defined territory.

You will inspect products, resolve issues or escalate per procedure, schedule services, complete required paperwork, and work closely with customers to ensure satisfaction and clear understanding of product functionality.

Responsibilities

• Installs, debugs and provides technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, mainly on customer premises.
• Performs scheduled inspections, cleaning and other services and minor product repairs within an assigned territory.
• Inspects products for correct operation and resolves noted issues and/or escalates according to established procedure.
• Schedules services, completes all required paperwork and works with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality.
