Job summary

Diebold Nixdorf is seeking a field service technician to install, debug, and maintain hardware and software on customer premises. The role involves scheduled inspections, cleaning, and minor repairs within a defined territory, with escalation when issues arise and clear documentation of service activity.

The technician will inspect equipment for proper operation, resolve defects where possible, or escalate per protocol, and ensure customers understand product functionality and service outcomes.

Qualifications

• Installs, debugs and provides technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Inspects products for correct operation and resolves noted issues and / or escalates according to established procedure.
• Schedules services, completes all required paperwork and works with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality.
