Qualifications

• Two years' experience servicing fire alarm and fire suppression systems.
• Experience reading blueprints is required.
• Module level troubleshooting experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection and testing tasks on fire alarm systems.
• Respond to emergency service requests and take appropriate action.
• Conduct training with customers on fire system functionality.

Skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Strong time management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Self-directed with the ability to work autonomously

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Associate degree in electronics or related field

NICET certification (Fire Alarm / Special Hazard)
