Epson America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead a team of Field Service Specialists and Technicians responsible for installation, service, and support for Epson customers.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and customer experience in a remote-capable environment. The position oversees scheduling, dispatch, escalations, and performance coaching, with travel to customer locations as needed.

Formación

• Experience leading field-based technical or service teams.
• Field service experience with commercial/industrial equipment.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Customer service and relationship-management ability.
• Ability to coordinate field resources and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day field service operations for a team of specialists and technicians.
• Manage dispatch, coverage, SLA adherence, and escalations.
• Ensure safety, site readiness, and quality of work.
• Coach team through feedback, ride-alongs, and skill evaluations.
• Coordinate training, certifications, and on-call rotations.
• Communicate priorities and updates to customers and leadership.
• Support product installations, end-user training, and issue resolution.
• Hire, onboard, and develop team members while promoting accountability.
