Job summary

Epson America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Specialist to diagnose, repair, and service professional, commercial, and industrial printing equipment at customer sites.

This role requires you to work remotely, travel extensively across Texas, and build strong customer relationships while delivering high-quality service. You will troubleshoot electromechanical systems, read technical documentation, and provide training and support to customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Two-year program at a community college, technical school, or equivalent
• Experience providing field service support for commercial/industrial printing equipment or similar electromechanical products
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electromechanical systems and electronics

Responsibilities

• Diagnose product failures and perform on-site and remote repairs to quickly return equipment to production
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and equipment performance issues
• Install Epson products and conduct customer training on equipment operation, production, and maintenance
• Provide technical support to customers by phone, email, chat, and on-site service
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records
