Epson America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Specialist to support our Professional Imaging, Commercial, and Industrial Printing solutions. This remote Seattle-area role requires travel to customer sites and hands-on installation, maintenance, and repair of Epson equipment.

Qualifications

• Field-based, on-site troubleshooting and support.
• Able to travel >50% with short notice.
• Two-year program or equivalent education required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose failures and perform on-site and remote repairs to return equipment to production.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and performance issues.
• Install Epson products and train customers on operation and maintenance.
• Document service activities and maintain technical records.
• Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, and on-site service.
• Support pre- and post-launch activities with installation and documentation.
