Job summary

Sealed Air, a global packaging leader, is seeking a Field Service Coordinator in Streetsboro, OH. The role can be performed remotely or onsite for local candidates. Pay rate is $28.00 per hour.

You will manage service requests for protective packaging equipment, dispatch field technicians, and ensure timely, high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities include creating and prioritizing work orders in ServiceMax, coordinating with multiple internal teams, and maintaining strong customer

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4-6 years' experience in field service/dispatching/scheduling, preferably in industrial equipment or manufacturing.
• Experience with ServiceMax Dispatch Console or Service Board preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Strong computer skills: Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Familiarity with packaging machinery or industrial automation is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish and English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule field service technicians for installations, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs on packaging equipment.
• Monitor technician availability, travel logistics, parts availability, and workload to optimize scheduling efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Create and schedule service work orders in ServiceMax.
• Provide clear, professional, timely updates to customers on service dates, windows, and resolutions; coordinate with internal teams as needed.
• Schedule secondary tasks with field service reps, including estimates and advanced maintenance quotes.
• Participate in weekly regional sales and service team meetings and share cross-functional information.
