Job summary

Sealed Air is seeking a Packaging Machinery Technical Service Support Representative to diagnose and resolve technical issues with Sealed Air Protective machinery remotely and onsite. You will support field service through triage, parts recommendations, and driving first-time fix rates, collaborating with Engineering, Field Service, and Sales teams.

Onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, starting salary $51,800 with potential for higher offers based on experience.

Qualifications

Associate degree or technical school required; 3–5 years in field service/remotetechnical support acceptable instead of a degree.
Knowledge of automated/semiautomated machinery operations; reading schematics; AC/DC components; PLCs/HMIs.
Proficient in computer software; strong mechanical and electromechanical skills; ability to troubleshoot remotely.

Responsibilities

Provide clear communications to customers addressing technical needs with practical solutions.
Own customer concerns, identify root cause and drive corrective actions; coordinate cross-functional solutions.
Enter daily customer engagement data for trend analysis and update customer history; support New Product Development.
