Job summary

Carlisle Construction Materials is seeking a Remote Field Service Technician who will manage warranty inspections, provide technical support, and train Authorized Applicators across a nationwide territory. You’ll work from home when not in the field and travel to installation sites as needed.

The role emphasizes safety adherence, strong communication, and the ability to develop detailed written reports for customers and internal teams. Training is provided at our Carlisle, PA facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 3 years of construction or roofing experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and complete final inspections for warranty issuance.
• Provide on-site technical assistance during installations.
• Train Authorized Applicators on CCM products and systems.
• Develop reports for internal and external distribution.
• Travel as required by territory; work in various weather conditions.
