Job summary

Carlisle Construction Materials is seeking a Remote Field Service Representative to manage warranty inspections, on-site training, and product support for the Commercial Roofing customer base. You will travel as needed and work from home when not in the field.

The role emphasizes technical and customer service excellence, with responsibilities spanning inspections, investigations, and reporting, plus promoting proper installation practices across the territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma and 3 years of construction or commercial roofing related experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Health and Safety policies.
• Schedule and complete final inspections for warranty issuance for Authorized Applicators.
• Provide on-site technical assistance at start, during, or after installation of warranted projects.
• Educate and promote proper installation of CCM products and systems.
• Serve as the day-to-day technical expert in the territory for timely responses.
• Conduct warranty claim and product investigations when required.
• Deliver training presentations and hands-on demonstrations for Authorized Applicators.
• Develop internal and external working relationships.
• Produce detailed written reports and letters for internal and external distribution.
