Amrize Building Envelope is seeking a Technical Representative to join the team remotely across Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. The role supports warranty/technical services with a field-based technician plus company truck and home office setup.

The position emphasizes customer focus, safety, and hands-on problem-solving in commercial roofing. Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s degree in construction management or architecture, or at least 4 years in construction, and are prepared to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Architecture, or equivalent construction experience.
• 4 years active duty in construction, or 4 years of construction industry experience with a high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical inspections of commercial roofing applications for warranty coverage.
• Investigate leaks and perform small repairs to stop leaks.
• Assist in completing larger warranty repairs in the region.
• Assist in training licensed roofing contractors in proper application techniques.
• Educate customers on specifications and requirements to warrant installations.
• Build strong customer relationships and inspire customer confidence.
• Follow safety regulations and company policies.
• Stay informed on business initiatives and help the team achieve them.
• Communicate with customers, balance expectations, and prioritize workload.
• Commit to safety and environmental policies and promote a safety culture.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Architecture

4 years active duty OR high school diploma with 4 years in construction
