Job summary

inTEST Thermal Solutions is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our growing Service team. Location: South Central U.S. (Texas preferred).

Remote/Home Office with travel about 50% regionally across Texas and the South Central US. Primary coverage includes Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, and nearby states. You will install, maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot customer systems, collaborating with the Head of Global Service, Sales, and Service Administration to ensure excellent customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% regionally.
• Strong communication and customer-focused mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation and commissioning of new customer systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system calibrations per standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at customer sites.
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide updates.
• Complete service documentation using CRM and service tools.
• Travel to customer sites across the West Coast and beyond.
