Job summary

ThermalWorks is seeking a Field Service Technician in Dallas, TX to join the team and support startup, commissioning, and service of Thermal Works equipment. You will work with internal engineers and local contractors, applying HVAC knowledge and strong communication to ensure reliable operation.

This role requires on-site visits, preventive maintenance, on-call support, and travel 50% across the United States.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 certification required.
• Experience in mechanical critical infrastructure service and maintenance.
• Basic HVAC knowledge and field service experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage preventive maintenance and service schedules.
• Perform on-site quality control for installation of Thermal Works products.
• Handle all preventive maintenance and service needs for clients.
• Be available for emergency issues when on call.
• Monitor service software to ensure timely service delivery.
• Collaborate with different departments for product development and improvement.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting and repair of Thermal Works equipment.
• Travel 50% of the time within the United States.
