Copeland is seeking a Field Service Specialist II for remote US work to commission, troubleshoot, and optimize refrigeration control systems. You will travel extensively to install and service E2/E3 controllers, review schematics, and train customers on operation and maintenance.

The role requires 3–5+ years in refrigeration or controls, strong knowledge of building automation, and the ability to work independently. Travel up to 85–90% is expected; sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years field experience in refrigeration or commissioning.
• Strong understanding of refrigeration cycle operation.
• Knowledge of building automation and HVAC control logic.
• CO2 trans-critical/cascade experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Modbus, BACnet and other protocols.
• MS Office, databases and general computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites.
• Willingness to travel up to 85–90%.
• Legal US work authorization; no sponsorship provided.

Responsabilités

• Commission and verify control systems for refrigeration/HVAC (E2, E3, Site Supervisors).
• Troubleshoot system issues on-site and remotely for optimal performance.
• Develop and modify controller programs from I/O legends or existing sequences.
• Execute new store and remodel commissioning with accurate documentation.
• Provide site-level customer training for contractors and end users.
• Review store prints, electrical schematics, and project specs.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Technical Support.
• Maintain working knowledge of third-party control systems and networks.
• Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards.
